These policies apply to teamworkboard.com and the TeamWorkboard software and services, operated by Randy Pryor & Associates (“we,” “us,” “Company”). This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Questions?
By using teamworkboard.com or subscribing to TeamWorkboard, you agree to these Terms.
TeamWorkboard is team collaboration software: chat in channels, virtual rooms, a check in page, a booking calendar, a help desk, tasks, files, forms and surveys, and related tools. We provide the software and hosting. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or professional advice, and we are not a party to how you use it with your own customers.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your sign in secure, and for what the people you add to your workspace do with it.
TeamWorkboard is sold as a subscription priced per person, per month or per year. It renews automatically at the then current rate for the same term unless you cancel before your renewal date. Adding people increases your bill from the next billing period; removing people reduces it. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us. See Refunds and Cancellation below.
Everything you and your people put into TeamWorkboard remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything. We store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export it at any time, and you can ask us to delete it.
The TeamWorkboard software, its design and its documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for the term of your subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, copy or redistribute the software except under a written partner or whitelabel agreement with us.
Do not use TeamWorkboard to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to store or distribute malicious code, to harass anybody, or to attempt to gain access to another company's workspace. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
We work to keep the service available and to notify you of planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and the service is provided “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. We will say on this page when it was last updated.
Written to be readable, and to meet GDPR and CCPA expectations.
Contact details you give us (name, email, company, phone), your subscription and payment records, the content you put into your workspace, support messages, and technical and usage data such as device type and general location. Payment card details are handled by PayPal and are never stored by us.
To run the service for you, process payments and renewals, send service, receipt and support email, keep the service secure, improve it, and, only with your consent, send marketing.
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, with your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and to meet legal obligations.
Only service providers acting on our behalf: our payment processor (PayPal), our email provider, our hosting provider, and our own support tools. We do not sell your personal information. We never share one company's workspace content with another.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the site, and, with your consent, cookies that help us improve it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the notice on this site and manage cookies in your browser.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to certain processing and to withdraw consent. California residents may request to know and delete personal information and to opt out of “sale,” which we do not do. To exercise a right, contact us; we will verify who you are and respond within the time the law requires.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Where data is transferred internationally we use appropriate safeguards. The service is not directed to children under 16.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge, through your PayPal account (Settings, then Payments, then Automatic payments) or by contacting us. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If something is wrong, tell us and we will try to fix it first. If we cannot, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will look at a refund on its merits. We do not refund a period you have already used, and we do not refund a renewal you forgot to cancel more than 30 days after it was charged, though we will always cancel the next one.
Moving down a plan or removing people takes effect on your next bill rather than as a refund of the current one.
Setup and branding fees cover work we do for you and are not refundable once that work has started.
We build every page to be usable by everybody, and we treat accessibility as a standing requirement rather than something added at the end.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Every page on this site carries an accessibility panel, in the middle of the right edge, which lets you change text size, contrast, spacing and typeface, including a dyslexia friendly font. Every image we publish is required to carry a description at the point it is uploaded, so it is never left out later.
Accessibility work is never finished. If any part of this site or the software is difficult for you to use, please tell us at hello@teamworkboard.com and we will fix it and tell you when it is done. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
